Danielle L. Campbell
2023–2026 Fellow: 2A ForwardDanielle is the Co-Director of 2A Forward, an organization on a mission to engage marginalized groups of perusable gun owners, around a values framework of investment in community safety and violence prevention. With a heart for the community, she focuses on support for policy solutions, by inviting gun owners to be a part of this coalition that emphasizes shared values of economic justice and public safety.
A mother, grandmother, business owner, and 2A advocate, Danielle lives and works in the communities that she serves. It is the 9 personal incidents of gun violence that she has experienced that have directly impacted her desire to be an agent of change in her community. Danielle also serves as Florida State Director for the National African American Gun Association, NAAGA, and the Director of Outreach and Community Engagement for the Black Arms Gun Club of South Florida. Her life’s work has been centered around the protection of people and safer communities for future generations.
Danielle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. She lives and works in Miami, Florida surrounded by her loving family.
